1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the t0777 website at https://t0777.app or any of its sub-pages, by creating a t0777 account, or by placing any bet or wager on the t0777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the t0777 platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and t0777 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter. t0777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, t0777 will notify registered account holders via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

t0777 operates as an online betting and casino entertainment platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the t0777 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account or depositing funds.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

The t0777 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is a condition of registration that you confirm you are at least 18 years old at the time of account creation. t0777 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain a t0777 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

• You have not previously been excluded from the t0777 platform or had your account permanently closed as a result of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list applicable to the t0777 platform.

Age Verification

t0777 reserves the right to request age and identity verification from any account holder at any time, and specifically before processing any withdrawal request. Verification documents accepted by t0777 include a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh, a valid Bangladeshi passport, or an official government-issued document confirming date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period requested by t0777 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active t0777 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, t0777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all open bets, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending full investigation.

Registration Information

When creating a t0777 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must not register using false, misleading, or borrowed personal details. t0777 will use the registration information you provide for account management, identity verification, and where you have consented, for promotional communications.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your t0777 account credentials, including your username and password. t0777 strongly recommends selecting a strong, unique password and not reusing passwords associated with other online services. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. All activity that occurs under your t0777 account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your t0777 account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify t0777 immediately by contacting [email protected]. t0777 will take all reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of such notification; however, t0777 cannot be held liable for losses that arise from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials.

Account Name Accuracy

The name registered on your t0777 account must match the name associated with the payment method you use to deposit and withdraw. Where a name mismatch is identified, t0777 may suspend withdrawal processing until identity is satisfactorily verified. Name changes on an existing account require formal verification and must be requested in writing via email to [email protected] with supporting documentation.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on t0777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). t0777 does not facilitate transactions in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently supported on the t0777 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Visa/Mastercard cards where available.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on t0777 is ৳500. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your t0777 wallet instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your account balance depending on the originating bank's processing times.

t0777 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may levy their own transaction charges, for which t0777 accepts no responsibility. All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to payment method availability. Where this is not possible, t0777 may request alternative payment details from you via verified contact channels.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC identity verification. t0777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a copy of your National ID, proof of address, and a screenshot of the payment account registered in your name. Processing of withdrawals may be delayed where verification is outstanding.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback or reverse a deposit transaction after funds have been used for betting is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. t0777 reserves the right to close accounts, void winnings, and pursue recovery of funds in cases where fraudulent payment activity is identified. t0777 cooperates fully with payment providers and relevant authorities in investigating suspected payment fraud.

5 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the t0777 platform — whether on cricket, other sports, live casino games, slots, or any other product — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product category, as published on the relevant section of the t0777 website. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

Bet Acceptance & Confirmation

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation from t0777 showing your bet reference number and the accepted odds. t0777 reserves the right to decline or void any bet in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds display, or market suspension. Where odds are published in error, t0777 reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds or void the relevant bet entirely. t0777 will communicate any such action to the affected account holder.

Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets on cricket and other sports may be suspended or closed at any time during an event due to match incidents, delays, weather, or technical reasons. Bets placed before a market suspension that have been confirmed with a reference number will be honoured at the accepted odds unless the event itself is cancelled or abandoned under circumstances that trigger the void conditions stated in the product rules.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the t0777 platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of pricing errors with the intent to generate guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to place bets without manual human action.
• Collusion with other players, match officials, or any party with insider knowledge of sporting outcomes.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupting sporting outcomes for betting purposes.
• Abuse of bonus or promotional offers through coordinated multi-account activity or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics.
• Accessing the t0777 platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account-level restrictions.

Game Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game or betting market on t0777, all bets affected by the malfunction may be declared void at the discretion of t0777. t0777 will not be liable for any loss — actual, prospective, or consequential — arising from a technical fault, server outage, connectivity issue, or any other technical failure beyond t0777's reasonable control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

7 Account Suspension & Closure

t0777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to do so. The circumstances in which t0777 may take such action include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the period requested by t0777.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct in connection with the account.
• Account activity that constitutes prohibited conduct as defined in Section 5 of these Terms & Conditions.
• A request for self-exclusion made by the account holder under t0777's responsible gaming programme.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legally binding instruction requiring t0777 to close the account.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request permanent closure of your t0777 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with your account details and a clear written request for closure. Upon receipt of a closure request, t0777 will close your account within 5 business days. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus amounts that have not satisfied their wagering requirements.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by t0777 or by you — all open bets will be settled at the applicable odds at the time of closure or voided, at t0777's discretion. Closed accounts may not be reopened except where t0777 determines that the closure was made in error. Requests to reopen a closed account must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and are subject to t0777's review and approval.

8 Responsible Gaming
